2019 Rotary Community Awards Application

Rotary in Gloucester Awards are organised by the four city Rotary Clubs. The aim is to support charities, voluntary organisations, community groups within the city with a small grant (up to £500) which can make a real difference.

If you are a interested group or organisation please complete the application form attached below and return by 5pm, Thursday 18th April

Applicants will need to provide a copy of their latest accounts/financial statement and a copy of their constitution / governing document

•             NOTES:- Failure to enclose either or both of these documents would disqualify the application

•             Please don’t enclose any additional paperwork – Rotary will contact you if any other documents are required

•             Your completed application should be sent by email to:  [email protected]

•             Or if by post to: The Rotary Community Awards, 130 Estcourt Road, Gloucester, GL1 3LH
