EU Withdrawal Bill - Immigration

I believe the British people want their MPs to take the decisions over who can come here and work based on the needs of the country, the skills required, and on whether the individuals coming here have them. I don't think they differentiate bewteen those from Croatia, China or the Commonwealth. So I do believe people from this country like to see immigrants coming here.
