Gloucestershire County Council

The Counservative controlled Gloucestershire County Council has seen huge improvements since it was elected in 2005, but it now also faces huge

challenges in the Autumn of 2007, as its budget is decimated by the problem of the floods - roads that have collapsed, schools that were flooded and in

insureance costs that have risen hugely.
